The Rosso di Morgante Nero d’Avola is a very versatile and food-friendly wine. It pairs well with antipasto, steaks, meatloaf, and beef carpaccio. On a cheese board, be sure to include Fontina, Gruyere, Cheddar and Muenster cheeses.
