The wine is fruit-forward and full-bodied with aromas of brambly blackberry, dark black cherry, and cocoa. Soft, juicy black fruit on the palate with leather and spice undertones.”

This fruity and dense wine pairs perfectly with a wide variety of rich and flavorful dishes. Meats, stews, braised and grilled meats are excellent matches as well as short ribs, hamburgers and barbecue. For cheeses try Cheddar, Gouda, Asiago and Blue. Nicely priced for just drinking on its own too.
