W.O.W: A Killer Estate Pinot Noir & 91 Point Estate Pinot Gris Willamette Valley, Oregon.

After being tasted on the David Hill Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris we wanted to use one as a WOW, the only problem was we loved them both. What did we do? We chose to use both!

The Pinot Gris is incredibly aromatic on the nose, with apricot, peach, and floral flavors on the palate. Finishing with just a slight sweet nuance, it is the perfect wine for sushi or spicy Asian cuisine.

That brings us to the Pinot Noir. Well rounded and initially soft on the palate, it opens up and reveals earthly flavors of cherry, cinnamon, and cedar. This is a fuller and rustic style Pinot Noir, with a dry lingering finish. At $14.99 each, these wines are a steal!
