W.O.W. for Nov. 16th – Nov. 29th: TWO Perfect Finds for Your Thanksgiving Table!

Thanksgiving is all about tradition so, keeping up with ours, we have hand-selected a white wine AND red wine for your Thanksgiving table.

Pinot Noirs have always been a hit so we searched and searched until we found 2013 Santa Barbara Winery Pinot Noir. This little gem is absolutely DELICIOUS (our entire wine team was blown away)! With zippy acidity and bright red fruit it’s the perfect companion to your holiday feast. Enjoy it with appetizers, cheese boards, charcuterie, and dinner!

White wine can be a bit of a challenge, so we knew it had to be absolutely perfect! We found it, 2013 Alexandre Monmousseau, Clos le Vigneau Vouvray. Chenin Blanc, especially from Vouvray is one of the ultimate food wines! This gorgeous bottle is 100% estate grown, using Biodynamic farming methods, and has a 92 point score from Wine Enthusiast. They even play music in the vineyards because maintaining happy, healthy vines equals delicious quality wine! Our Sommeliers fell in love with this wine and we are sure you will too!

Loire Valley, France

Clos-le-Vigneau-Vouvray“The wine is off dry in style with honey, earth and apricot notes. Wines from the town of Vouvray have been known to age well for 40 years. This particular bottling should hold for at least 5-7 years. This Loire Valley white wine from France is perfect on a warm spring day.”
