This vineyard’s preponderance of very well-drained, volcanic Cortina soils are catnip for the Cabernet Sauvignon vine. The fruit here is intense and mineral, exploding from the glass with aromas of boysenberry, blackcurrant, crushed rock, and mocha. This is an absolute must for Cabernet enthusiasts.
